Simon’s prior experience includes working with pharmaceutical SMEs, start-up and scale-up medical device and MedTech companies in the UK and Europe, with the past 12 years spent in the high growth and rapidly evolving Medical Aesthetics industry.

Simon has launched, grown and optimised a wide range of brands, including POM pharmaceuticals, medical devices, injectables, energy-based devices and skincare products.
